If for any reason you’d like to return an in-stock item, we offer free returns within 14 days of delivery. Simply email us at hello@bil-boe.com to begin the return process. We’ll take care of the rest.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Please note: Made-to-order and custom pieces are final sale. These works are crafted especially for you, and we are unable to accept returns on them.

All refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.

Orders within the Netherlands are dispatched within 1-2 days (excluding weekends and national holidays).

We typically need 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays) to prepare orders for international shipping. Once dispatched, you will receive an automated email with tracking details. Duties and import taxes for international orders are calculated at checkout.

For made-to-order items, the lead time is noted on the product page.
